Guest Appearance

Yesterday, I went to the biggest library in the whole Southern Luzon Region, the O'Brien Library of Ateneo de Naga University, and when I checked the February 21 issue of The Manila Times, the oldest newspaper in the Philippines, my letter to the editor was published-which was edited for brevity and clarity.
